The National Public Trust aids people who are unable to afford legal representation and access to the court system. The National Public Trust is here to provide free and competent legal services to the weaker sections of society. Another objective is to ensure the opportunities for securing justice which is not denied to any citizen. The National Public Trust focused on this because of economic or other disabilities and to organize Look Adalat’s for amicable settlement of disputes.

 

 The National Public Trust provides free legal aid and free provision of free legal services in civil and criminal matters for those poor and marginalized people who cannot afford the services of a lawyer for the conduct of a case or a legal proceeding in any court. 

 

The National Public Trust supports those that cannot afford a lawyer. Access to legal advice and assistance can not only empower a person to resolve their legal problem but also prevent that problem from negatively impacting the other facets of their life. The National Public Trust provides Legal Aid & Support center’s for people who are unable to afford legal representation and access to the country’s system.
